All staff, carers and nurses at Parker House Nursing Home, Woodthorpe for all their love, kindness and care shown to dad, and for attendance and floral tribute at the funeral. Thanks go to Prof. John Gladman and Dr Rob Morris at Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham for all their care over recent years. Special thanks go to Jon Shaw for the funeral service and members of St. Wilfrid's Church, Calverton for their love, cards, prayers and support over many years, and those members who attended the funeral. Many thanks to the staff at Calverton Working Mens Club for a great buffet and to A.W. Lymn and staff for a friendly, sympathetic and professional service throughout, especially Ellie and Russell. Finally thanks for donations to benefit the Parker House Nursing Home in the amount of £370.20 which have now been forwarded.
